I am awesome. Sometimes. In my mind. Other times, not so great. I don't really know. I live somewhere that is not really here but in the air. I have my own beliefs and loves just like anyone else. They are very real to me and I am ever changing and ever missing a girl who died so many years before..

she spreads herself wide open to let the insects in
she leaves a trail of honey to show me where she’s been
she has the blood of reptile just underneath her skin
seeds from a thousand others drip down from within

theanatomyofme:

Daylight licked me into shape
I must have been asleep for days
And moving lips to breathe her name
I opened up my eyes
And found myself alone alone
Alone above a raging sea
That stole the only girl I loved
And drowned her deep inside of me
